Daptime serves as a platform for workforce management and does not create any employment relationship between EscoSoft Solutions and its users. All employment-related matters are strictly between the employer and employee.

Access to premium features may require a paid subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees, if applicable. Fees are non-refundable except
as required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

All content, branding, features, and functionality of Daptime—including software,
graphics, logos, and interfaces—are owned by EscoSoft Solutions Inc. and are protected
under intellectual property laws.
